I wanted to be able to do more with my truck. These are the first steps toward that direction. "Tonyryan's truck. The camper refurbish -a utilitarian direction. It's been long anticipated. 0 shell with free rack for more secure storage, and camping. I started w removal of rear Yakima rack and sanded down the camper. Bondo work was done to fill. more sanding followed by masking windows for black paint. Removed shell front window for future cab access. Screens placed in side windows and rear rack replaced closer to center of shell. Surfboards are easier to transport, and the basket helps with miscellaneous items. Bed Carpet bought used, - excellent condition! Hoping to get a CB radio in there soon. Still pending: proper foam seal tape between bed rails and camper lip, window boot, and Yakima wind fairing up front, and of course a wash! cheers!
