Today on this 2006 Nissan Quest we are going to be installing a Rhino Rack roof rack part number SXB3. Once the crossbars are assembled we are ready to go ahead and set them up on the factory raised side rails. We will lay the front crossbar on the raised side rails and make sure that it is running perpendicular to the raised side rails and also that it is overhanging evenly on either side of the vehicle. Once we have it positioned where we want it we can go ahead and use the included allen key to begin tightening the rack down. We will move back and forth from the driver side to the passenger side to make sure we tighten the rack down evenly. Once we have both sides of the crossbar tightened down we can install our locking endcaps. Next we will fit the rear crossbar onto the side rails in the same manner.
